At Praynil, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Cancellation & Exchanges Policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@praynil.com with your order number.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchange requests under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
- Customers are required to provide an unboxing video in case the product is received damaged or incorrect.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless received damaged or incorrect.
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events, unless they are defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Unboxing video
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Exchange Process
- After your exchange request is approved, our team will provide further instructions.
- Once the original product is received and passes the quality check, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Charges
- If the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Praynil will bear the shipping charges.
- For all other approved exchanges, shipping charges may apply.
