Exchange Policy

At Praynil, a brand by Sakhaa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with an exchange under the following terms.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned with its original packaging, tags, and invoice.
  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Used or worn products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable, if applicable.

Exchange Process

  1. Email us at praynil2026@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  4. Once approved, we will provide further instructions for the exchange.

Shipping for Exchanges

  • If the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, Praynil will bear the shipping cost.
  • For exchanges requested for any other eligible reason, shipping charges may apply.

Product Availability

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we may offer:

  • A replacement of equal value.
  • Store credit.
  • A refund, where applicable under our Refund Policy.
