1. Exchange Policy: We make
   sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible
   so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the
   orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order
   reaches you in perfect condition. But in case, you are unsatisfied with
   the order item(s), we would be happy to help you with exchanges.
   Unfortunately, we do not accept order returns at the moment.

2. Exchange
eligibility: We only offer an exchange for domestic orders. The   item(s) requested for exchange should be damaged
and must be returned with all its packaging and tag and video should be
properly taken from all sides.

• To be eligible for an exchange, the customer must
  record a continuous,
  clear unboxing video of the package from all sides,
  starting from the sealed package until the product is completely unboxed.
• The video must clearly show the package condition, shipping label,
  product, and any damage or issue without cuts or editing.
• Exchange requests must be submitted along with
  the complete unboxing video as proof.
• Once we receive the request, our team will review and verify the video and the
  reported issue.
• If the issue is found to be genuine and meets our
  exchange policy requirements, we will initiate the exchange process.
• Exchange requests without a proper unboxing video
  may not be accepted.

2.We provide
detailed product descriptions for every design along with its colour and other
details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display setting,
colours, etc., there might be a slight colour difference. Therefore, we will
not be able to entertain or accept exchange requests under colour difference,
quality, etc.

3.Praynil
shall only entertain exchange requests for orders placed on our official
